Pies, Frozen (to be baked)


Frozen Pies, to be baked. Baking instructions: Cook from Frozen, do not defrost. With a pastry brush, rub a small amount of cream or milk over the top of the pie to brown the crust (optional). Cut 4-6 small slits in the top crust of the pie to release steam. Place the pie on a cookie sheet or parchment paper so the lovely fresh fruit filling doesn’t get all over your oven ! Cook at 350 f for 1h15.
